Adult-ish Privacy Policy

Adult-ish is designed to work on your device, without an account or a Mauna Apps server.

Summary

Mauna Apps does not collect, sell, share, or use your Adult-ish data for advertising. Adult-ish has no advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, tracking, account system, or network permission.

Data used on your device

Adult-ish stores the information you enter or configure on your device. This can include weigh-ins, calorie entries, food descriptions, calorie targets, tasks and task history, sleep and work-hour settings, reminder settings, and display preferences. This information is used only to provide the app’s features, such as trends, daily summaries, reminders, and task history.

Adult-ish can use your device’s coarse location to calculate the local sky and the app’s sky-based palette. The location is calculated and used on-device; it is not sent to Mauna Apps or another service.

Data leaving your device

Adult-ish does not transmit your app data to Mauna Apps. If you choose to export your data, Adult-ish creates a JSON file through Android’s system document picker at a location you choose. If Android backup is enabled for your device, Android may back up eligible app data under your Google account and Android’s backup settings; Mauna Apps does not receive or control that backup.

When you use Adult-ish’s optional external food lookup, the app opens another app or service you choose. That other app or service has its own privacy practices.

Notifications

Adult-ish may request permission to show task and routine reminders. Reminder scheduling and notification content are handled on your device. You can change or turn off notifications in Adult-ish or Android settings.

Your controls

You can edit or delete entries in Adult-ish, export your data, and restore from an export. You can revoke app permissions or uninstall the app through Android. Because Mauna Apps does not receive your Adult-ish records, we cannot retrieve or delete them for you.

Children and changes

Adult-ish is not directed at children. If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date before the change applies.
